1. Who we are

Remy Systems is a solo digital services business operated from Pretoria, South Africa, providing website design, SEO, paid advertising management, CRM & automation, AI assistants, and videography & video editing to clients in South Africa and abroad. Contact: 081 789 8630 · [email protected].

2. Services & quotes

All work is scoped and quoted in writing before it begins. A quote describes exactly what is included; anything outside that scope is quoted separately. Our published pricing structure is available on the Website Design page, with service-specific rates listed on each service page. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment terms

  • Once-off projects (websites, video, automation builds): a 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due before launch or final handover.
  • Monthly services (hosting, integrations, retainers): billed monthly in advance.
  • Hourly work (maintenance, SEO consulting): billed at the published hourly rate, invoiced on completion or monthly.
  • Payments are processed securely via Paystack or EFT. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless quoted otherwise.

4. Project timelines

Standard website builds go live within 5–15 working days from receiving all required content. Timelines depend on the client providing content (photos, text, logins, approvals) promptly; delays in providing content extend the timeline accordingly.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients agree to supply accurate business information, content they have the right to use, and timely feedback. Clients remain responsible for the legality of their own products, services and claims made on their websites and in their advertising.

6. Monthly services & cancellation

Monthly services have no lock-in contracts. You may cancel any monthly service at any time by emailing [email protected] or messaging 081 789 8630 on WhatsApp; the subscription is closed within 72 hours. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how billing is handled on cancellation.

7. Intellectual property

On full and final payment, the client owns the final delivered website, content and media produced for them. Remy Systems retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, stock media, plugins, platforms) remain subject to their own licences.

8. Third-party costs & platforms

Advertising spend (Google, Meta, TikTok), domain registration, and third-party software subscriptions are paid by the client directly to those providers and are separate from Remy Systems' fees. Remy Systems is not responsible for the pricing changes, outages or policy decisions of third-party platforms.

9. Warranties & liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. No specific search rankings, lead volumes or revenue outcomes are guaranteed, as these depend on factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remy Systems' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where it applies.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always published on this page with the date shown above. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
